The third edition of military simulation game, now rebuilt upon the
next-generation Unreal Engine 3 system for unprecedented realism. In
America's Army, players can explore and dominate challenges ranging
from basic training to Special Forces Assessment and Selection to
Special Forces Qualification Course. Join various elite Army units
and see the power of Army teamwork, values and technology. Gameplay
highlights include authentic weapons and technologies, realistic
training and exciting gameplay missions. AA3 provides players new
insights into the Army and Soldiering while making the game easier
to play, easier to install and easier to download.

In America's Army 3, players will have persistent characters that they
customize by embarking on career paths in which they advance by completing
specialized training and accomplishing missions. The evolution of the
player's career follows the same progression as it would in the Army.
Initially, the core of the gameplay focuses on an Infantry Soldier (11B).
Players can select from a variety of roles that the 11B performs such as
Rifleman, Automatic Rifleman, Designated Marksman and Grenadier.Players
who complete advanced individual training modules can take on new MOS
roles that will affect gameplay. For example, by completing medic
training players will be able to treat minor and major injuries in
single player training missions and render advanced medical aid in
multiplayer missions.

Auto-nade:
----------
Get the grenade launcher. Change to grenade launcher mode. Fire one shot and do
not reload. Switch back to single fire mode. Press H or [Semicolon] (or other
re-defined key) to switch between the grenade and single fire mode 5 times.
Then, very quickly press F to fix jam. Your ammunition should go to "-1". Switch
back to grenade mode and reload. You will now have one shot in your grennade
launcher. Fire that off, then reload. You will now have 255 grenade ammunition
in the grenade launcher and can fire off grenades when you fire regularly.
Note: You cannot reload your regular magazine after you waste all of your
ammunition. You must switch back to grenade mode and use those shots.

Bridge Crossing: Advantage:
---------------------------
Try to take control of the center of the bridge. It is difficult and costly, but
usually forces the enemy to take the defensive. Note: Watch the sides of the
bridge. Your allies would usually be covering that area, but the enemy can easily
sneak up if you are not careful.


Bridge crossing: Easy win:

Just storm the other side. If done first thing, and with sniper support in a big
enough server, the opposing side's defenses are easily broken up.

Invincibility:
--------------
If you want to be completely invulnerable to enemy attacks, try the following. Press
the tilde (~) key to bring up the cheats console, and insert “mpcheat god” (minus the
quotes). If inserted correctly, you will become invincible to enemy attacks.


Easter Egg: Prison Goodies:
---------------------------
Start the game with cheats enabled and send yourself to the Leavenworth prison by
committing an ROE offence. Use the mpcheat ghost code to look around the other cells
for some easter eggs set-up by the dev team. This is for version 2.5 of the game.


Customizing the game:
---------------------
Use a text editor to edit the files in the directory:
"/Program Files/America's Army/System/descriptions". 
For example, change:
"Name: Trijicon ACOG Reflex Sight Function: " to "Name: Trijicon ACOP
IS TRYING TO Function: " then attempt to save it. A number of errors will appear.
Click "Okay", then right-click the file you are trying to overwrite (for example,
"MOD_Acog_Reflex", and go to "Properties". You will see a box on the bottom labeled
"Read-Only File". Un-check that box, and you will be able to save over it.
Then go in-game, go to modifications, select what you modified, and read it to
see your modification.


Queensryche reference:

In the medic training in the hospital, there is a reference from Queensryche's album
Operation: Mindcrime. Listen to the doctors being paged. You will hear "Dr. Davis,
telephone please. Dr. Davis, telephone please." then you will hear "Dr. Blair, Dr.
Blair, Dr. J. Hamilton, Dr. J. Hamiliton". You can hear these exact same pages in
the first and last tracks of Operation: Mindcrime, when the character the album is
about, Nikki, is in the hospital under observation by authorities.


Talking corpses:

When you load the map and are in the hospital, enable any mpcheat code to get any
gun. Go to the nurses station where the two nurses are talking. Shoot either one of
them. They will fall on the ground and appear dead. The option to talk to them will
still appear. Press [Use] to talk to them. Look at their face, and it will move,
their mouth will open, and you will hear them talk.
